Lite Blue Rounded IE problem

I really like this theme, but I am having some difficulty getting it to work in IE.
It displays fine, until you log in, then everything just goes downhill.




Please could you take a look and advise if you have any ideas or solutions.

From what I can see, it would appear to be the "auto" in the stylesheets thats causing the problems with IE
