Put picture in Offline/ Close page

How can i put some picture bellow this text?

This bulletin board is currently closed. The Administrator has specified the reason as to why below.

it's happen when i turn off my forum...i want put underconstruction picture there.

AdminCP > Themes and Styles > Templates > Your Theme's Template Set > Header Template > header > Edit >

and add the text at the bottom of that template codes .

I think you can actually put HTML code into the actual board closed message. When you set the board as closed you can choose the message, if you put this into the box...
