How to disable 'Email user' (member.php?action=emailuser)

Hi Guys,
I am using MyBB 1.4.x and I need to disable users from sending emails to other users. I searched the Admin CP configurations but could not find it. Is there any specific setting to disable this or should I edit the member.php? I think some months back I saw this setting but today I am just not able to find it.

I did search this forum, but could not get any solution

In the usergroup setting, you can disallow people the ability to send emails. It's under the 'Miscellaneous' of the usergroup settings, 'Can send threads to friends and email users?'.

As it happens I made a plugin that will restrict members under a certain post count to send emails to each others. You can also choose which membergroups and/or individual users can bypass that restriction. You can use it as an alternative too.
