Tags Missing

I own both lethalzone.net, and support.lethalzone.net
In lethalzone.net, I can't input tags on my posts (bold, italic, align left, font, size, etc.) but on support.lethalzone.net I can.
Lethalzone.net, and support.lethalzone.net both have mybb forums.

I've checked the configuration settings, and everything is fine. Idk why I can't view tags... is anyone going to help?

Thanks for the video.

Can you make sure all your javascript files have been uploaded? (These are in the jscripts folder)
Also do you find any javascript errors on the posting page? You may want to use firefox+firebug for this.
