you tube plugin

I am looking for a plugin that could add youtube videos in a post.
When people write or edit a post there must be a you tube icon where you can click on (new window will open where you can add the code).
Also in the quick reply must be having this function.

People reported in that post for over 10 times that it is full of errors.

I only want to have the youtube version people from my forum has used it before in mybb 1.2 (designed by Imad Jomaa). It is easier with a button then a code.
So http://test.edidesign.ro/thread-6.html is not what I looking for.

It works for me, mostly. The only thing that is a slight issue is that you cannot post more than one video per post, the only way around this (that we've found so far) is separating videos with [hr] tags.

Well the problem for me is that:

I get a error in make new post and full edit (see attachment).

And I had to deactivate this plugin three weeks ago because of another problem (http://community.mybboard.net/thread-50239.html) what still is not solved.
And now there is no youtube button at all.

So what is wrong now.
- the error in new post and edit post (after deactivating its gone)
- no button in new post
- no button in edit post
- no button in quick reply

When the plugin was working I had this errors

And the most terrible is there is no support from the designer.
