Is their a way that I can switch the user post information from the top of the post the the left so it looks like this:

If you're using 1.2, which you seem to be as you're posting here, it only has that postbit...

If you're on 1.4, you can change your settings in UCP > Edit Options... maybe see this too: http://community.mybboard.net/thread-40093.html
