The toplinks section is really neat. I like how the buttons are bigger than normal. Nice theme from Justin and easy on the eyes. Where are the forum post counts at though? Also If I can suggest putting the overview on your footer. It and the shoutbox on top takes away from your BB in my opinion.

Personally I don't like shoutboxes...but everyone has their own vision I suppose!

It looks a whole lot better and less cluttered. if you know your code, you could somehow add the overview to your statistics table like on http://www.hackforums.net, that looks cool how they do that
