[F] No recipient when replying after draft [R] [C-Michael83]

Here's a bug I've found. I was replying to a pm but didn't have time to complete it, so I saved it as a draft. Now I came back to it and the recipient field has been cleared.

Can anyone reproduce this?

Exactly. I tried it multiple times and I was able to reproduce it.

I can reproduce... I agree it should keep the recipient.

It definitely should. Otherwise, if you forgot the username of the recipient, how the heck are you going to send it?

In private.php find both instances and remove:
