Is it inserted into a post?? You just move the [attachment=X] to wherever you want it.

Oh, well you didn't say that.

Go to ACP > Configuration > Server and Optimization Options > Uploads Path > and put in a new folder there.

and final question about attachment
could I upload my file in to other server?
because I have tow host and my forum install in one of its that have 100 mb space and other host has big space and I want store attachment on it.

My initial reaction would be no... however, you could experiment with the upload path. It might be possible to put some sort of external path but I have no idea if it can be or not.
