[F] Replace Query doesn't work on PGsql / SQLite
The REPLACE QUERY doesn't work on the datacache table on PostgreSQL nor SQLite because neither have the title set to their PRIMARY KEY.

This bug has been fixed in our internal code repository. Please note that the problem will not be fixed here until these forums are updated.
