MyBB 1.4 > MyBB 1.2
Is it possible to downgrade from 1.4 to 1.2, without having to do a fresh install so I don't lose any users?

Not unless you made a backup before the upgrade.

Anything is possible but it won't be as easy as upgrading that's for sure
 .
