MyBB 1.4 > MyBB 1.2

MyBB 1.4 > MyBB 1.2
Is it possible to downgrade from 1.4 to 1.2, without having to do a fresh install so I don't lose any users?

Not unless you made a backup before the upgrade.

Why may I ask would you want to downgrade as 1.2 will be unsupported in upcoming months?

Anything is possible but it won't be as easy as upgrading that's for sure Wink.

Sorry I worded that wrong. Lol

I edited that post and said you have to have a backup from before the upgrade to downgrade. Though your forums will be in the state from that backup.

Not all will, I mean there are still things made for 1.1 that aren't for 1.2 or 1.4. But that's because we lost a big supporter of MyBB.
