[F] [Mod CP] two bugs in the "Awaiting Moderation" table

(on the main page of the Mod CP)

1. The "latest attachment" cell uses the UID and name of the user who posted the thread, not necessarily the user who posted the attachment.
2. The post/thread subject-truncating code doesn't work because the wrong variable ($lastpost_subject) is used.
