I am looking for a mod similar to that in VB where members can pay, say $5 per year to have unlimited access to a hidden area, such as VIP sections.
Does anyone know if this is already a possibility? If not, is there anyone planning on putting one together?

There is an old modification PayPal/Paid Subscriber but only works in older versions. I'm sure someone could do a 1.4 release. I might take a look at it later and see if I could do something. Smile

That will be updated for 1.4 shortly.

That plugin will be updated with a lot of extra features too such as ability to buy others VIP, trial memberships, and ability to create more than one VIP group.

Looking forward to that and with those features like more then one VIP Group will work perfectly with the rewards program I plan for my new site.

Yeah updating it today actually. It's semi-working. Just have to fix admincp, settings, and PM's aren't sent via the old method.
