[F] Delete admin group permissions

If you delete the default admin permissions of a usergroup you'll find this entry in the admin logs:

Quote:Deleted administrator permissions for user #-4 ()

BTW it would be nice if the date and time data in the logs would be shown in the format set in the board's configuration.
