[F] duplicated template newthread_postpoll

The "newthread_postpoll" template appears twice in mybb_theme.xml, and after installation you end up with two templates with the same name in the same set. Be careful which one you delete, because one of them had some improvements made. =p

Edit: it looks like "calendar_dayview_noevents" is also duplicated.
