[F] Subforum specific style options don't work

When I change the setting "Style Options" in Admin Panel under "Forums & Posts" for a specific subforum (which is meant to have another design), the settings are not saved: afterwards, it's again set to "Use Default".

When I change the value in the database directly, it's shown in the Admin Panel, but anyway, the selected style does not appear.

This worked fine in 1.2.x and I have enabled the option to override the user's setting. Ideas? Is this a known bug? Is it a bug?

This bug has been fixed in our internal code repository. Please note that the problem will not be fixed here until these forums are updated.
