[F] Settings not remaining enabled

Admin > Users and Groups > Edit (Custom group name)

If you try to choose

- Can send threads to friends and email users?
- Yes, all new join requests need to be moderated first

Those settings to not remain enabled. After saved.

I've fixed the first one.

For the second one, it only saves that checkbox value if you make the group joinable, and it works alright if you do.
