Searching for templates doesn't work.

This is all in the "Search/Replace" Fields. I'm trying to edit ZiNg's "Admin Edit" plugin and change a few of it's text.

So after I searched for "Admin Box" and edited a template (and saved), I searched for "Admin Options". It said I didn't enter any string. The I entered "Admin" and even "a" in the "Search" box. It still said I didn't enter any string.

I even entered "Admin Options" for the Search and "Moderator Box" for the "Replace" section. All returned an "no inputted string" error.

Edit: In fact, editing the template doesn't even work. It says it was successfully edited, but nothing changed.

Edit2: I even tried to edit the template of other themes to see if the same thing happens; it does.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not.
