Ok i have the flash plugin on my forum.
Works great i might add.
Can add flash files no problem but when i try to add flash with video controls i run into trouble. Basically i have created a flash video with controls like You Tube.
Here is an example. CLICK HERE
The video is not playing properly at the moment but that is a separate problem. You will notice how ever there are video controls.
Now when i post this in a post like this link. CLICK HERE
The controls are missing. I know the sizing is not quite correct at moment but thats only because i have been trying different things.
I was however able to get this to work once. But after that one time its just been downhill. And yes i have You Tube plugin installed and i do add such videos but basically some of the videos i want to add are lets say not for the general public. LOL
Any ideas on this problem would be appreciated.]]>

I turned it off now and the board is super fast again.

However, i can not activate it again until i get some help with why it slows the board down so much.

I was thinking of having a MyCode (based on their username), which would have them input the URL to their current avatar. But what if the user changes the URL of their avatar?

my server load is 3-4 and memory usage is 86% ( 2 GB memory and Intel Xeon 3200 series Quad Core processor )
my other top process is MYSQL ( it is relate to mybb too )

my server is management and there is no attack or other security problem .

my friend have the same server and host 490 website on this server with load 1.5 ~ 2 and 40% ~ 50% memory usage .
