new logo not showing up

I'm trying to replace the logo being used on my forum. I'm replacing the file in the right folder, it just doesn't appear to be working.

If you've named it exactly the same name as the old header (logo) then you may need to clear your browser's cache.

Thanks tempo. I've got a theme set up and in the admin CP, in the theme section I double checked the name and location of the logo. It was logo.png.

Went into PS and created the new logo, saved it as a png with 'logo' as the name moved it to DW to the right location and uploaded it.

Does the extension need to be named .png?

I cleared the cache and this is what I am getting:

Admin CP --> Templates & Style --> *Edit your theme* --> Board Logo
Set that to the path of your new image.
Currently it's pointing to: http://norbyson.com/forum/images/logo.gif

In other words it's in the wrong folder?

Yes. Otherwise go to the location that rh1n0 gave and then point the url of the logo to the current location of you're logo.
