Support questions via pm is a problem. That's why I stopped helping people out in the MyBB support forum. Just one post there, and the person who needs help sends me like 10 pms hoping I'd help them anyway.

I do... I don't mind it from some people though... it's usually after I've sorted one problem in a thread, I get bombarded with other requests. How to get a theme is a common one.

Too bad there wasn't a support team that could help with these requests?
but honestly, the people here are on staff for a reason, and that is to provide official support that will always be here for as long as MyBB is alive.
