I offer a feature:
while post count is one of knowing users activity
also some forums have more potential for posting (e.g. chitchat)
some admins like to make a normality in users post,
how was good if admin can specify how many post count dec/increased after posting in a specified forum.
e.g. i like to my forums be speacialled for computer and i dont like to increas post count for whom that post in fun forums.

I don't really like this idea simply because the post count is supposed to be just that - a count of your posts, not some number meaning something else.

You know, you can always just turn off post count incrimentation for that specific forum
