how can i allow one user group to always be able to edit their own threads regardless of any time limit set for the rest of the forum?

Currently this isn't possible without a modification, however, administrator usergroups always are allowed.
is there a modification that allows this? maybe a setting i could change in the database? im fairly well versed in phpmyadmin...
So, just to clarify, you want to make it so that some groups can edit their own threads but not others?? What is it you want them to be able to edit??
this would be for sponsors who purchase a stickied thread and want to be able to edit it to reflect their current inventory.
anyone willing to do this for a small fee?
