I just upgraded to 1.4x and the emoticons/smilies will not click nor will the 'get more' and neither will the "edit" button in a persons posts but if I right click and click 'open in new tab' it opens in a new tab

I am also missing the the area between this box and and the post icons. I have not buttons to make things bold, italic, insert link, insert image etc..

Everything looks like it should be in the 'Clickable Smilies and BB Code' section of the Board settings area...

any ideas?

Are all your templates default?? You'll need to revert them all to default when going to 1.4.
