Just curious if this is serious as it's inside "testing and trashing". Not that I myself often need assistance but just curious.
I myself am considering turning off my PM box here. I get a ton of requests. I like to help when I can but at times it can be a distraction from my own work or paying clients. My free time is limited.
Dennis if you need emotional support...feel free to PM me.
Even replying and saying that I don't give support via PM has started to take too long for me - I tend not to respond at all now.

i get this when i go in to msn it just makes it harder for you to get on with your own work so you dont get things done
and guys if you what help post in the forums there are other people then just the support team that can help you
this what i do you may even see my helping from time to time
