MyBB needs to be installed before you can convert.

I keep getting that, but MyBB is installed.. I just finished installing it.
Why wont it work?

I am just guessing but I would say you installed 1.4. The merge system only supports 1.2 currently.

In order to use merge you have to install 1.2, then merge, then upgrade to 1.4. Either that or wait for the 1.4 compatible merge system.
