I really love the quick reply feature, but it would be nice if we could quote posts in the QR.

In vBulletin you can click the extra button below each post to jump to the quick reply and you then have an option to quote the post.

Am I missing this or is it not implemented?

Just use the Multi quote button to select the post, then you can press "Quote these posts now" underneath the quick reply box to quote the text in your reply.
