1.2.14 is intended to be the final release for the 1.2 series and will be a bug fix for the 1.2 series for those who wish to continue using 1.2 for some time before moving to 1.4

Yes, the update is very small, and includes only about 2 dozen changes files with small fixes. It should be released before 1.4.

Alright good to hear, because I'm not going to update to mybb 1.4 just yet. I might wait until 1.4.1 comes out.

How did you get hold of 1.4? Have i missed something?

I think what he's saying is that once 1.4 comes out, he's going to wait a bit before upgrading.

He is a Beta Tester for MyBB 1.4 Beta, aka he is setting up a private/public testing forum to look for bugs in mybb 1.4! I believe you can apply to be a beta tester by applying to join in the Group Memberships page of your CP. I can't remember what the group is called but look for 1.4 Beta Testing or something to that effect

MyBB 1.4 should be available to the public when the beta testing is done
