The quotes and smilies do not display properly after converting to myBB.

This is one topic for example it seems that none of the bbc (or mycode) converted

Also the converter made everyone 38 years old?

Which version of SMF? If it is SMF 2 or you have mods applied that are causing this, then we cannot fix it.

lol I had kind of a process because the phpbb3 converter also had bugs

I went from SMF2 > phpbb3 > SMF1 > mybb

my SMF1 is working properly though

Edit: looks like only the quotes in the conversion did not work. I guess one of the other converters messed up on the bbc.

Is there going to be an immediate fix for the quote thing. Because I really dont want to modify 4000 posts.

Same problem here.

I want to convert SMF 1.1 to mybb 1.4

I first tried it with two clean boards. In SMF I just made a few threads with quotes etc.

After that I made a clean install of mybb 1.2.14 an converted the smf database.

Conversion worked well so far. But the quotes are messed up.

Has anyone ideas how to fix this? I didn't convert my Main Forum so far. Just wanted to try it before Smile

PS: There are no plugins installed in smf and mybb.
