It's an interesting idea, but in essence, a board software works a little different to an OS, in that there's really no need to hide an account.
If you loose your account, you can recreate one and set it as an admin through phpMyAdmin.
Otherwise, if you just want it to be difficult for an attacker to gain admin access, you can just change the path to your AdminCP (rename the admin folder to something else, then modify your inc/config.php) and hide all the links to your AdminCP (again, by editing inc/config.php). In essence, hiding the AdminCP is the same as hiding the admin account.

Hi community,
the memberlist hider is in my opinion a nice feature. I tried to upgrade this plugin to work with 1.4. Not working. Can anybody get this to work?
