i cant add succesfully my pjirc plugin

i already have Chat and set up the server and channel
irc.quakenet.org
#crazyrock

But i still have prblem maybe i didnt locate my files in the right place at mybb folder or i dont know
can somebody help because my chatbox apperas with an X
