How do I go about editing the "usergroups" that show on the forums? I'd like to remove the "Banned" usergroup and a couple more that's showing.

Anyone?

Well, I'm not familiar with Zaher's user legend, since I use Crakter's user legend. In his there is an option in ACP -> Change to exempt certain usergroups. If you can't find that in Zaher's mod, you might want to deactivate and try the other one.
