There are a couple problems here. First, did you upload the phpfreechat script to your server before activating this plugin? Second, the plugin won't even work with the most recent version of phpfreechat, so there's no point in using it. IF you use the plugin with the older beta version, then you will have success using it.

/var/www/netsons.org/phonemodding/CHAT

I renamed phpfreechat-1.0-final in phpfreechat,
