I'm getting this error with Quickregister:

Also, I noticed that initially it shows the "Do not edit..." message. Since we should remove that when installing, is there anything else that needs to be edited? The readme just says copy the file over and activate, but apparently there is more to than that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
