Hello,

When I had installed this, I wasn't able to access that module.
Also set the permission to 'yes', wont help. It puts itself back to 'no'.

(For using that mod)

Please help! Wink
Very strange, worked for me.
All I can suggest is that you change the permissions in phpmyadmin. The mybb_adminoptions table. Look for your uid.
Are you running the latest version on MyBB (1.0.3)?
Yes.

But I also had that problem with other options... (ALL options in admin permissions Sad)

I'll try to do it with phpmyadmin.
PS.: Where can I change that? It's to much text for meToungue
Go to phpmyadmin.
Select your database.
Select the mybb_adminoptions table
Click the Browse tab.
Click the edit button (the pencil) in the row with your uid. (your id is probably 1 if you are the admin and installed the forum)
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and look for the table row with the text "canmanageemods".
In the text field next to that, put yes instead of no.
Click Save.

I saw your topic on the main site. If it's a problem with all your permissions then I would wait for an answer to your problem.
That isn't working, I think. (for me)

Hopefully they'll answer. :o
I've so far been unable to reproduce this problem. Providing the "canmanageemods" setting in the acp is set to yes in the row with your uid then you should be able to access the plugin. Undecided
Well, very weird, indeed.

As solution: Could you give me a file whereby the setting has already been put to YES?

thanks.
We can't give you a file because it's stored in the database. As I have said, you need to edit the database which I outlined above.
But you said that it not working so it _might_ be a bug in the software.
