If you multi-quote a message containing swear words into the quick reply box, the censored words show up in full in the quick reply box. The same thing happens if you quote a message using "Reply" button.

Once posted the swear words are omitted correctly.

Erm, why not? If someone finds swearing offensive, then surely they'll find seeing in in one of their replies offensive (that's kinda what the swear filter is for).

If it is possible to change it, I'd say go for it.
If a word is censored, it should be censored in replies and quotes as well, if possible.
