Would be nice to have so we can keep up with the spammers, trouble makers, etc on our forums.

Basicaly a system that STILL require email verification ALONG with admin approval.

In IPB when a forum is set to admin approval they are given the option as well of making the new member also validate thier new account which shows in acp and then the admin can approve or whatever they wish.
