I'm just asking to see if these will be included in 1.4 becuase no one really seems to know

1) User Cp?
2) WYSIWYG editor?

You can look through the Ideas site, this forum, and the wiki to find out what will be in MyBB 1.4. If we haven't said it's included, then it isn't

Will MyBB have a new or updated skin?

Something I've been wondering, doesn't look bad now but I would love to see this progress theme wise too.

P.s Wasn't the wysiswyg editor announced? I swear blind I've read somewhere that MyBB has this covered. ... I hope I don't get shot for asking this lol

All that's confirmed in regard to looks or 'skins' is the Admin CP will be different.
It's been mentioned a few times (in random places) that 1.4 will not have a theme revamp.
I quite like this theme. ._.

At this stage, things can still change. There's no point in asking questions since one day someone might make a new theme for 1.4, or not. Or perhaps we come up with a super duper Mod CP, or not. Who knows...

Are the release usually close to what they say on the wiki then?

Well what we've said publicly will be in 1.4. There may be some other "surprises" or changes along the way. Of course we don't want to reveal everything or else there's no fun
