Thank you.
Guys, you are the best
Glad to hear that MyBB has helped you protect your community. =)
When i got myBB scripts for about 2-3months ago i don't thought that this is the best framework & forum in one. But now i know:
myBB is one and only one
I have read all scripts, 1000000 test's (almost exploratory) and i find only couple of small bugs. When i finish my tests i was very happy: i find what i need.
myBB have only
+ If somebody want pay big money for big forum scripts or is still looking for good BB then he don't saw myBB

Wow I didn't know this feature too.
yes i did not know about this now all it needs it to show the IP lol

this showing the IP and host name (if resolved) and maybe in mybb 1.4 we can have home address and photo from satellite (for some IP it's not impossible)

I'm joking, but seriously: this feature + admin logs = good protection
I'm really glad that i decide to get this scripts and i put other to the black hole of my 'temp' directory

Hmm... I didn't knew about that neither. But it doesn't bother me!
And I second what you said, myBB is the one and only one. Free, fast, powerfull, with a growing community and a very efficient support! What more can you ask for?
Since I started to use myBB I sticked with it! I don't what another forum! And soon I'll start writing my own plugins and make my own themes so I can give something back to myBB!
I forget my pass sometimes (or type it wrong). This is a good feature to remind me that I am protected a bit more

Yeah, it rocks, but not so much

Once, my friend, who admined the board together with me, misstyped her password trying to access the ACP. I got this mail and saw her password, which was a well-known word, with one obvious typing mistake

This way, if you misstype once, all the co-admins see what you typed and have a better chance of thinking of your pass.

Yeh, I brought up that issue in the staff forum a few months ago and I'd like to see the "password" input actually removed. The md5 hash can stay though.
Here's an example of an argument to remove it. I do support for users all the time, sometimes requiring me to sign up for an account on another members forum and have admin access. If I mis type my password, boom, they could have access to a whole ton of information, including my account etc if they managed to fix the password, which probably wouldn't have been hard
