I need some suggestions and feedbacks about what I made...
Features
- Users can submit, edit and delete their own articles.
- Email notification when someone submit an article [can be set in admin cp]
- Users can rate articles.
- Comments system.
- Users can quote other members.
- Full BBCode support and smilies.
- Users have their own article profile.
- Who is online [forum, article]
- Statistics
- Myps [optional]
- And many more...
any suggestions or feedbacks?

How about a small stats section at the top of the article page, showing most popular articles, latest 5 added, top article posters, etc etc?
i like the point system idea, as you can reward people then for writing reviews - do you have a timescale on this?

Think he means a time scale of when it will be released.

How about a "date added" bit so we can see when the user has created the review?
