Is it possible? I don't want all my users to have to make their signatures attach to posts in their profile, or on each post, I want signatures to be attached globally, by default, as it is with most other forums.

Other forums attach signatures by default? I've NEVER EVER seen this.
That dosen't make any sense,
you have to enable it through profile after you put it in
Once you have a signature on your account, the signature checkbox when you post should be automatically enabled each time you make a post.
